Led by owner and operator Leonardo Alvarado, Lycan Development Group provides full-service general contracting for residential property restoration, remodeling, additions, and meaningful interior and exterior improvements. Leonardo manages each project from planning through completion.
Our work is grounded in practical experience with property restoration, storm damage, and exterior repairs. Today, we focus on restoration, remodeling, additions, and select light-commercial projects that fit our capabilities. As we grow, we are building toward new home construction and residential development without losing the care and accountability that define every project today.

Quality you can count on.
We are completing our licensing and insurance requirements and will be fully licensed and insured before beginning operations. Workmanship warranties are tailored to each project scope, and applicable manufacturer warranties and all terms will be clearly outlined in the contract. Financing is not currently offered, though it may be considered as the company grows.
